About me
Sharing my love for music and the skills I've developed along my journey is what I love to do.
My teaching is informed by over 8 years of experience as a gigging musician, a bachelor's degree in jazz guitar performance, and my time spent studying with Canadian jazz guitar giants Lorne Lofsky, David Occhipinti, and Geoff Young.

My time now is mostly spent in deep exploration of the unique topics that excite each of my students and developing new ways of introducing concepts and adapting material to have a lasting impression on each student.
Philosophy
I have a heartfelt passion for delivering captivating and authentic lessons tailored to achieving your unique goals. That is why I create a comfortable and supportive environment, I equip my students with detailed lesson notes and feedback, and I supply original handouts and resources that are oriented to your unique aspirations.
I guarantee kind and unrushed lessons. That is why I never schedule students back-to-back. I also have a low cap on the number of students I allow myself to take on to ensure that each student receives the careful preparation, attention, and prompt communication they deserve.
Environment
Lessons are offered in my cozy, Scandinavian-minimalist home studio - conveniently located just one minute from Spadina station.
My studio is currently equipped with a ZT Lunchbox amp and a beautiful, super advanced Spark Positive Grid amp, and a Headrush MX5 multi-effects pedal :)
